As your counsellor, Krystle will guide you through a healing journey by applying holistic approaches to provide the highest quality support using sensitivity, acceptance and warmth. She utilizes a client-centered and strength-based approach to help individuals, couples, and families recognize concerns, formulate goals and develop strategies and skills to manage their lives.

Krystle has over 7 years of experience working in several facets of mental health, academic and community initiatives. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from McMaster University. She later pursued a research-based graduate degree in Psychiatry from McGill University and later completed an additional graduate degree in Counselling Psychology from University of Toronto (OISE). In addition to her academic studies, she strives to develop professionally and has completed training in Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Narrative therapy, and Family Counselling.
Krystle is a member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).
